In a bowl add 1 no. finely chopped Onion

Green Chilli 1 no finely chopped

Few chopped of Coriander Leaves

1/2 tsp of Chilli Powder, 1/4 tsp of Turmeric Powder, 1/4 tsp of Pepper & Salt.

Mix it well

Finally Crack open the Egg & mix it along with the ingredients. Egg Mixture is ready

Heat Oil in a pan.

Pour the Egg mixture & spread it. Keep the flame on medium low.

Cover with a lid for few seconds (*the egg gets a bit steamed on top and don't spill when you flip!)

Now flip it over & cook.

Serve Hot.
